Hourly Rate

The hourly rate for Ironstack Technology consulting and support services are as follows:

Standard Hourly Rate: $250/hour
10-hour block: $2000 ($200/hour)

The 10 hour block can be purchased in advance. You may also choose to purchase the 10 hour block if you have a negative balance.

All support time is billed as actual time spent. There is a 2 hour minimum for new customers.

These rates apply to normal business hours support (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Eastern) Any work performed outside of these hours (nights/weekends) will be billed at 1.5x the standard rate.

When you purchase a block of hours, those hours are “banked” for use during our regular scheduled time. Unused hours purchased expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

Onsite Rate

Onsite services are available in the United States. Contact us for details.

Scheduling

All engagements must be scheduled in advance with your assigned technician. Our typical lead time is 3-5 days. 

Emergency Support

Ironstack Technology is NOT a 24/7 emergency support provider for consulting clients. If you need emergency support please consider one of our managed services. If you have an urgent issue, we will do our best to address it and get it resolved as quickly as possible, however we can not guarentee immediate availability. 

Invoicing

Ironstack Technology sends out invoices every Friday for any work performed in the previous 7 days. If the estimated amount of work to be performed is excessive, we may require a larger deposit that hte standard 2 hours. All ionvoices are due within 10 days. a 1-% late fee is applied to any invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days. 

Outstanding Balances

If there are any balances outstanding for more that 30 days, no additional work will be performed until the existing balance is made current. 

Warranty

Due to the nature of the work that we perform. Ther eis not warranty or guarantee on hourly work. Each hour that we work is considered billable regarless of the outcome of said work. While we will make recommendations on the level of effort required to implement a solution or fix and issue, it is up to you to let us know if there is a cap on the number of hours we spend per engagement.
